Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to BettingView Ltd. ("BettingView", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BettingView website, mobile versions, applications, content, products, services, features, and related functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between BettingView and any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform ("User", "you", or "your").

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

  • "Affiliate Partner" means any third party that has entered into a commercial, advertising, sponsorship, referral, listing, marketing, or affiliate relationship with BettingView.

  • "Content" means any text, graphics, logos, trademarks, rankings, reviews, comparisons, statistics, odds information, data, software, databases, images, videos, audio materials, promotional materials, and other content made available through the Platform.

  • "Operator" means any sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, betting exchange, prediction market provider, gaming operator, gambling operator, or other third-party service provider featured, reviewed, compared, listed, referenced, or otherwise displayed on the Platform.

  • "Platform" means the BettingView website, mobile versions, applications, content, products, services, features, tools, functionality, and all related technology, software, and resources made available by BettingView.

  • "Prediction Market" means any platform, service, exchange, event contract market, forecasting market, or similar product that enables users to participate in transactions or activities based on the outcome of future events.

  • "Privacy Policy" means BettingView's Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, which describes how personal data is collected, used, disclosed, transferred, retained, and otherwise processed in connection with the Platform.

  • "Services" means any information, content, tools, comparisons, rankings, reviews, statistics, features, functionality, or other services made available by BettingView through the Platform.

  • "Terms" means these Terms of Service, together with any documents, policies, notices, or guidelines expressly incorporated by reference.

  • "User", "you", or "your" means any individual, organization, or entity that accesses, browses, interacts with, or otherwise uses the Platform.

  • "BettingView", "we", "us", or "our" means BettingView Ltd. (Reg. ΗΕ 496762), a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus with registered office at Lordou Vyronos 61-63, 6th Floor, Flat/Office 602, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, together with its affiliates, successors, and permitted assigns.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You may only access or use the Platform if:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law;

  • Your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction;

  • You satisfy all applicable age requirements and legal restrictions relevant to gambling-related content in your jurisdiction; and

  • You comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

The Platform is intended exclusively for adults and is not directed to minors. The Platform is intended only for individuals who have reached the minimum legal age applicable to access gambling-related content in their jurisdiction. Depending on the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform, different age restrictions may apply. BettingView may display age notices, age confirmations, age-gating mechanisms, or age-related warnings based on your location and applicable legal requirements.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they satisfy all applicable age requirements and legal restrictions before accessing or using the Platform. If BettingView becomes aware that a user does not satisfy the applicable age requirements, BettingView reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all applicable age and legal eligibility requirements.

4. Nature of the Platform

BettingView is an informational and comparison platform. The Platform may provide:

  • Sportsbook reviews;

  • Odds comparison services;

  • Betting-related statistics and data;

  • Operator information;

  • Promotional and bonus information;

  • Sports-related news and educational content;

  • Prediction market information;

  • Analytical tools and comparisons;

  • Other informational content relating to sports wagering and related products.

All information is provided for informational purposes only. BettingViewdoes not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, availability, or suitability of any content displayed on the Platform.

5. No Gambling Services

BettingView is not a gambling operator, sportsbook, casino, bookmaker, betting exchange, gaming provider, prediction market operator, financial exchange, payment processor, or financial institution. In particular,BettingView:

  • Does not accept wagers;

  • Does not facilitate betting transactions;

  • Does not hold customer funds;

  • Does not process deposits or withdrawals;

  • Does not provide gambling services;

  • Does not provide gaming services;

  • Does not operate prediction markets;

  • Does not determine betting outcomes;

  • Does not settle wagers;

  • Does not offer investment products.

Any gambling, betting, gaming, or prediction market activity takes place exclusively between the user and the relevant third-party operator.

6. No Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes:

  • Legal advice;

  • Tax advice;

  • Financial advice;

  • Investment advice;

  • Gambling advice;

  • Professional advice of any kind.

Odds, statistics, rankings, predictions, analyses, reviews, and other content are provided solely for informational purposes. Users should independently verify information before making any betting, gaming, financial, or commercial decisions.

7. Jurisdictional Availability and Geo-Compliance

BettingView operates globally and may make content available across multiple jurisdictions. However, laws and regulations relating to gambling, betting, prediction markets, advertising, promotions, privacy, consumer protection, and related activities vary significantly between countries, states, provinces, and other territories. Accordingly,BettingView may, at its sole discretion and for compliance purposes:

  • Restrict access to certain content, features, or services;

  • Modify the visibility or presentation of content;

  • Display different notices, disclosures, warnings, and disclaimers;

  • Suppress or restrict promotional content;

  • Restrict or remove operator listings;

  • Display jurisdiction-specific responsible gambling information;

  • Apply different privacy and cookie consent mechanisms;

  • Restrict access to prediction market content;

  • Limit access to specific functionality or features.

Such measures may be implemented based on:

  • IP geolocation technologies;

  • User-selected country or state information;

  • Device or browser settings;

  • Applicable legal or regulatory requirements;

  • Internal compliance assessments;

  • Information obtained from third-party service providers.

Users shall not attempt to circumvent, bypass, manipulate, or interfere with any jurisdiction-based restrictions, compliance controls, geo-blocking mechanisms, or content limitations implemented byBettingView. BettingView does not guarantee that any content, operator, promotion, offer, feature, or third-party service displayed on the Platform is available, lawful, licensed, or suitable in any particular jurisdiction, and reserves the right to modify, restrict, suppress, geo-block, or remove content at any time for legal, regulatory, operational, or compliance reasons without prior notice.

8. Local Law Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. BettingView does not represent or warrant that:

  • Any operator listed on the Platform is licensed, authorized, registered, or otherwise permitted to provide services in your jurisdiction;

  • Any promotion is available in your jurisdiction;

  • Any prediction market is lawful in your jurisdiction;

  • Any gambling-related activity is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Users are responsible for independently verifying applicable legal requirements before engaging with any third-party operator or service.

9. Operator Listings, Rankings and Comparisons

The Platform may display rankings, ratings, reviews, comparisons, scores, evaluations, recommendations, and other information relating to third-party operators and services. Such rankings and evaluations may be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: licensing and regulatory status; product features and functionality; user experience considerations; market availability; promotional offerings; editorial assessments; user feedback; commercial relationships; sponsorship arrangements; listing agreements; and other criteria determined byBettingView in its sole discretion.

The methodologies used by BettingView may evolve over time and may be modified, supplemented, suspended, or replaced without notice. Users acknowledge that rankings, ratings, reviews, and comparisons are inherently subjective and should not be interpreted as legal, financial, investment, or gambling advice, recommendations to participate in gambling activities, endorsements of any operator, or guarantees regarding quality, safety, reliability, financial stability, or regulatory compliance.

A higher ranking or rating does not constitute a guarantee that an operator is superior, safer, more reliable, or more suitable for a particular user. BettingView reserves the right to include, exclude, suspend, remove, re-rank, or otherwise modify any operator listing at any time. The inclusion of any operator, sportsbook, prediction market provider, or other third-party service on the Platform shall not constitute an endorsement, certification, recommendation, or approval byBettingView.

10. Promotions, Bonuses and Offers

The Platform may display odds, betting lines, promotional offers, bonuses, welcome offers, enhanced odds, free bets, odds boosts, and other information obtained from third-party operators and service providers. Such information may change rapidly and without notice. BettingView does not guarantee that any information displayed on the Platform is accurate, complete, current, available, error-free, or applicable in a particular jurisdiction.

Odds, promotions, bonuses, and offers may be modified, suspended, restricted, or withdrawn by operators at any time. In the event of any discrepancy between information displayed on the Platform and information published by an operator, the operator's official terms, conditions, and information shall prevail. Users should independently verify all information before participating in any gambling, betting, gaming, promotional, or prediction market activity. BettingView shall not be responsible for losses, damages, missed opportunities, or other consequences arising from inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect information displayed on the Platform.

11. Affiliate Relationships and Sponsored Content

BettingView operates as a commercial media and comparison platform and may receive compensation from operators, advertisers, affiliates, sponsors, and other commercial partners. Such compensation may include Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) payments, revenue-sharing arrangements, hybrid affiliate arrangements, fixed advertising fees, sponsorship fees, listing fees, marketing fees, referral commissions, and other forms of commercial remuneration.

The existence of commercial relationships may influence the placement, visibility, prominence, categorization, presentation, or display of certain operators, offers, promotions, or content on the Platform. Sponsored content, advertisements, promotional placements, and commercial partnerships may be identified through labels, disclosures, visual indicators, or other mechanisms where appropriate. Users should not assume that all rankings, placements, comparisons, or listings are based solely on objective, non-commercial, or editorial considerations. 12. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, operators, applications, and services. BettingView does not own or control such third parties. Accordingly, BettingView is not responsible for their content, products, services, promotions, privacy practices, terms and conditions, or regulatory compliance. Your interactions with third parties occur entirely at your own risk.

13. Prediction Markets

The Platform may display informational content relating to prediction markets, event contracts, forecasting products, and similar services offered by third parties. The legal, regulatory, and licensing status of prediction markets varies significantly between jurisdictions and remains subject to ongoing legislative, regulatory, judicial, and enforcement developments. BettingView does not operate prediction markets, facilitate prediction market transactions, hold customer funds, verify the legality of prediction market participation, or guarantee the licensing status or availability of any prediction market provider.

Users remain solely responsible for determining whether participation in any prediction market activity is lawful and appropriate in their jurisdiction. The availability of prediction market content on the Platform should not be interpreted as a representation, warranty, endorsement, recommendation, or legal opinion regarding legality, regulatory status, or suitability. BettingView reserves the right to remove, suppress, limit, geo-restrict, or modify prediction market content at any time without notice.

14. Responsible Gambling Notice

BettingView supports responsible gambling practices and encourages users to engage with gambling-related content responsibly. Gambling may be addictive and may result in financial loss, emotional distress, relationship difficulties, or other adverse consequences. The Platform is intended exclusively for adults who are legally permitted to access gambling-related information in their jurisdiction.

Users who believe that gambling may be negatively affecting their lives are encouraged to seek professional assistance and utilize responsible gambling tools, including self-exclusion programs, deposit limits, time limits, cooling-off periods, and responsible gambling support organizations. BettingView's Responsible Gambling Notice contains additional information regarding responsible gambling resources and support services. BettingView does not encourage excessive gambling and does not guarantee financial success, profitability, or positive outcomes from gambling-related activities.

15. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all associated Content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, databases, statistics, rankings, reviews, comparisons, odds information, software, designs, source code, audiovisual materials, compilations, layouts, functionality, and other materials made available through the Platform, are owned by BettingView and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property, copyright, trademark, database, trade secret, and other proprietary rights laws.

Subject to these Terms, BettingView grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Platform solely for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes. Except as expressly permitted under these Terms or required by applicable law, no Content available through the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, adapted, translated, distributed, displayed, published, transmitted, licensed, sold, leased, assigned, reverse engineered, extracted, stored, commercially exploited, or otherwise used withoutBettingView's prior written consent. BettingView reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

16. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • Violate applicable law;

  • Circumvent geo-restrictions or compliance controls;

  • Scrape, harvest, copy, extract, reproduce, or republish Platform content without authorization;

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform;

  • Interfere with Platform operations or security measures;

  • Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, spiders, or scripts to access the Platform;

  • Misrepresent their identity or location;

  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct.

Without BettingView's prior written consent, users may not use any content, data, statistics, odds information, rankings, reviews, databases, or other materials available through the Platform for the purpose of training artificial intelligence systems, training machine learning models, developing large language models, automated data extraction, commercial data aggregation, data resale or redistribution, or competing services or products. BettingView reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies against unauthorized use of its content, databases, and intellectual property.

BettingView may, at its sole discretion, withhold, reverse or remove referral rewards, points and any benefits obtained with them, and may suspend a user's participation in the referral programme, where it reasonably suspects abuse of the system — including self-referrals, multiple or fake accounts, automated sign-ups or any other manipulation.

17. Disclaimers

The Platform and all content, information, data, odds, rankings, reviews, comparisons, statistics, promotions, predictions, analyses, operator information, and related materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,BettingView disclaims all warranties, representations, conditions, and guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, reliability, non-infringement, continuous availability, and error-free operation.

BettingView does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, gambling, or professional advice. All decisions made by users based on information available through the Platform are made solely at their own risk. Users participate in gambling, betting, gaming, prediction markets, or other third-party activities entirely at their own risk and responsibility.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BettingView, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, reputation, anticipated savings, business interruption, or data loss arising out of or relating to your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Platform or any content made available through it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BettingView's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by the user toBettingView during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or wilful misconduct.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BettingView and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your interactions with third-party operators.

20. Privacy

BettingView respects the privacy of its users and is committed to processing personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. The collection, use, storage, disclosure, transfer, retention, and protection of personal data in connection with the Platform is governed by BettingView's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read together with them. Where required by applicable law, BettingView will obtain any necessary consent through appropriate consent mechanisms implemented on the Platform.

21. Modifications

BettingView reserves the right to modify, amend, supplement, update, or replace these Terms at any time to reflect changes in applicable laws and regulations, developments in the Platform, changes to BettingView's business practices, technical developments, security requirements, or other legitimate operational, legal, or commercial reasons. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the Platform and will indicate the date on which they were last updated. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of revised Terms will be governed by the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Termination

BettingView reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to suspend, restrict, limit, or terminate access to all or part of the Platform at any time and without liability where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, operational, technical, security, compliance, or business reasons. Termination or suspension of access shall not affect any rights, remedies, obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, intellectual property protections, or other provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination.

23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, claim, or matter arising out of or relating to the Platform, its content, or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. If you are accessing the Platform as a consumer, nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights that may be available under the laws of your country of residence.

The parties shall use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations before initiating formal legal proceedings. Subject to applicable law, the courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform. Nothing in this Section shall prevent BettingViewfrom seeking injunctive relief, interim remedies, protective orders, or other equitable relief before any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.

24. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, Responsible Gambling Notice, and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between BettingView and the user.

  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  • No Waiver. No failure or delay by BettingView in exercising any right, power, or remedy shall constitute a waiver of that right, power, or remedy.

  • Assignment. BettingView may assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise dispose of its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time and without restriction. Users may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations without BettingView's prior written consent.

  • Interpretation. Section titles and headings are included for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

  • Survival. Any provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination shall remain in full force and effect following the termination of a user's access to or use of the Platform.
